* Make sure all dishes are washed and put away before you check out
* Please empty your trash in the container in the back of the building before check-out
* There will be additional charges applied to stained items such as rugs, sheets, linens, towels, curtains, etc. Damaged items to be replaced at cost.
* Please contact us to report any issues or damages immediately with photos as proof of evidence.
**IMPORTANT** Street parking- park 20 ft away from the stop sign or you will risk getting a parking ticket! And please DO NOT block any neighbor's driveways.
