• No unregistered guests are allowed on the property unless authorized. Please be clear about the exact number of guests staying overnight during your stay.
• Always lock the gate whenever you leave the property. There are 3 security cameras monitored at the entrance and side gates.
• Please turn off all lights (except for porch light) whenever you leave your apartment.
• No eating/drinking in the bedroom.
• Make sure all dishes are washed and put away before you check out.
• Please empty your trash in the container in the back of the building before check out.
• There will be additional charges applied to stained items such as rugs, sheets, linens, towels, curtains etc. Damaged items to be replaced at cost.
